I have worked as a character designer/toy designer/ character illustrator and children's book illustrator for the past 21 years. I started working in the licensing industry when I was hired on at American Greetings in their concept development department and went from there. Since 2008, I have run my own freelance company and have worked for clients such as Nickelodeon, Mattel, Hasbro, Random House, Disney, Dreamworks, Simon and Schuster, Penguin Publishing and many, many more. I specialize in character illustration but also do concept design, environments, toy design, package art, children's illustration and comics.

Most noted for being the original illustrator on Mattel's Monster High brand. I've worked on many different properties including Barbie, Polly Pocket, Monster High, Equestria Girls, My Little Pony, Littlest Pet Shop, Blythe, Dora the Explorer, Spongebob Squarepants, Winx, Blaze, Wonder Pets, Team Umi Zoomi, Super Why, He Man, Little Golden Books, among many others.
I have illustrated over 30 published children's books including titles for Monster High, Barbie, Wonder Pets, Team Umi Zoomi, Dora the Explorer, Holly Hobbie and Friends, Ni Hao Kai Lan, Smurfs and others under both Simon & Schuster and Penguin/Random House.
